“Teeth Grinding”




Teeth Grinding – is an unconscious “habit” during sleep?

That is not true. Teeth grinding is symptoms of loss of body balance. There are two reasons: the parasites in the body produce hazardous substance which affects human autonomic nervous system; or it is due to high irascibility or anxiety.
In order to avoid teeth grinding is to reduce heat in the body, else it will only lead to hard to sleep, or even worst insomnia.

Exercise, drinking more water and juices, intake more fruits and vege, give yourself a 30 minutes break in clearing your mind and freeing your soul before sleep will help to improve the situation.
